1. Data controller

2. Data processed

Only the data needed to reply to requests are processed:

• contact details: name, surname, email, telephone, company;
• content of the requests: type of service, languages, dates, venue, notes;
• documents uploaded for a translation quote, which may contain third-party data;
• technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The data are processed in order to:

• reply to requests, prepare quotes and book appointments: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b);
• carry out the assignment: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b);
• comply with tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c);
• protect the site from abuse and automated submissions: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

4. Use of artificial intelligence tools

To reduce response times, the text of requests may be processed by an artificial intelligence service (Claude, by Anthropic) which prepares a draft reply and quote. Each draft is read, amended where necessary and approved by the controller before it is sent: no decision is taken by automated means within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.

Of the uploaded documents, only counts and limited extracts are processed, never the complete file. The provider does not use these data to train its models and retains them for a limited period under its contractual terms. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the efficient organisation of the work (Art. 6.1.f), which may be objected to at any time.

5. Retention period

• requests and quotes not followed by an assignment: 12 months from the last contact;
• documents uploaded for a quote: 30 days, then automatic deletion;
• data relating to completed assignments and invoices: 10 years, as required by tax law.

6. Recipients of the data

The data are not sold or transferred. They are processed, on behalf of the controller and under agreements compliant with Art. 28, by the providers of the technical services used by the site:

• Cloudflare: site hosting, storage of documents in the European Union, protection from abuse;
• Anthropic: processing of requests with artificial intelligence;
• [email provider]: sending of confirmation and reply emails;
• Google: management of the appointment calendar;
• [Plausible]: aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are based in the United States. In these cases, the transfer takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Cookies and statistics

The site does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools and therefore does not display a consent banner. Visit statistics are collected in aggregated form, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

9. Rights of the data subject

At any time it is possible to request access to one's data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to [cristina@esempio.it]. A reply is provided within 30 days.

It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This notice may be updated, for example when the providers or services of the site change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
